VellumHaven respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar notice-and-takedown frameworks. This page explains how to notify us of alleged infringement and how we handle notices.

Designated Copyright Agent

Notice and takedown

If you believe content on VellumHaven infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (form below or email) that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL on vellumhaven.com).
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers will have accounts permanently banned and wallets frozen under our Terms of Service.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where VellumHaven may be found if outside the US), and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within the statutory period.
